Where is picture #2 from?! So many disappointments in one photo. I gave up on Rosie, Margaret, and Kathy loooong ago, but Julia Sweeney there, smiling alongside Dylan Mulvaney makes me depressed. I saw her expressing support for 'trans' online a while back and I was shocked--this is the person who wrote 'Letting Go Of God', a genius piece of work all about leaving the Catholic religion and becoming an atheist. And now she believes in gendered souls?
OK, I just looked it up. Uggghhh. Dylan was 'guest of honor' at a party Kathy Griffin threw. And everyone played along, as if Dylan was 'one of the girls'. What is wrong with all these women?!?
yes exactly Gary, the reason I put the image up without context was to show just how easily these men ingratiate themselves with women desperate to BeKind. I know absolutely nothing about the other people in the room - all I see is one man at the centre of the group enjoying all the attention and adulation, surrounded by women validating him
Here's a case of "girldick" doing a great deal of damage, a father of a young child going off the rails in a dangerous way, and police, over there, your side of the pond, declining to prosecute rape, attempted strangulation and a threat of arson. Dude has gone on the offensive and said she "wanted" kink sex. Really.
Incredible really, sickening, how do our police forces fail women so spectacularly? Also, huge example of language mangling - "choking" is the erroneous antiseptic mask for strangulation
