My sense is that we lay people have to invent the alternate therapy. I do modified Feldenkrais physical therapy moves, self-invented, and make sure to walk 3-4 miles a day at a good pace. Gardening and butterfly watching, cooking/baking healthy at home, round out the routine.

I saw the "androgynous 1990s" and was pressured to submit to "alternative sex" routines when my husband "transitioned."

I know my body and refused. The internet is too dominant in the younger generation's lives. I had the joy of finding wildflowers, Columbine, grown from seeds I collected and strewed about in my woods, just today. There's a good sized clump, 10 plants or so. I found out they are poisonous, so the deer won't eat them. I don't eat them--no problem. Looking forward to flowers in the spring.

OMG. Where is the source for Spack's evil comments? I haven't seen that before.
